What’s New? April Updates
What’s new this month? With changes ranging from a new way to add interactions, to previewing comments directly on the canvas, our team has been hard at work these past two months to improve your experience. Let’s take a closer look at all the latest additions and improvements from March and April.
Interact Mode: Add interactions from the interact panel
Handoff Mode: Copy text button
Context menu redesign
We recently redesigned and compacted the context menu to provide an even better experience. The menu also includes shortcuts so you can complete actions even faster.
Comments preview
For ease of access, we moved the comments feature to the top navigation, and also introduced a new comments preview function as well. Now, when you hover over a comments marker on a design screen, you will be able to preview the comment directly within the canvas.
Interact Mode: Add interactions from the interact panel
Clicking on the ‘Interact’ function on the right hand side will now open up our brand new Interact Mode panel. From here you can not only view all of your existing interactions, but add new ones as well.
Handoff Mode: Copy text button
We added a copy text button to Handoff Mode. When you select a section of text from one of your design screens, you can now use the ‘Copy Text’ button to automatically copy it to your clipboard.
Keyboard shortcut updates
As always, our team at Uizard makes periodical updates to help your experience in the editor. And we have updated a few of our shortcut options, which can all be located by selecting the question mark in the bottom right corner and then clicking the ‘Keyboard shortcuts’.
